  • Homes In Memoriam LA

    Summary: Homes in Memoriam LA is a non profit organization that is providing free home portraits to those who lost their homes during the LA fires. They are currently looking for more artists to help create probono portraits. You can learn more about the organization HERE.

  • Irvine Annual

    Summary: “Formally All Media, Irvine Annual is a juried exhibition that showcases artworks from California artists ages 18 and older who work across multiple visual artistic mediums.”

    Summary: “Summer Salon 2025 is an open call exhibition featuring a diverse range of mediums. This exhibition includes artists of all stages in their career and explores Los Angeles artists through a range of artwork that represents the complexity of our urban community and surrounding cities.   • Imagine Exhibition Open Call

    Summary: “Jewish Artists Initiative (JAI) is a Southern California organization committed to supporting Jewish artists and arts professionals. JAI aspires to be an agent of transformative change by organizing provocative exhibitions and thoughtful programs promoting diverse dialogue about Jewish identity and experiences. JAI is excited to announce an Open Call for a June group exhibition. In a moment of collective challenges and uncertainty, this group exhibition re-examines the term Tikkun as a phenomenon of spiritual and physical care, repair, and interconnectedness, grounded in personal and communal action, environmental responsibility, and community engagement. In Jewish culture and tradition, the need for Tikkun extends from interpersonal relationships to broader social and environmental justice.”

    Summary: “The 57th Watercolor West  International  Exhibition will be held at the Hilbert Museum of California Art at Chapman University in Orange California. 100 paintings will be selected by esteemed artist and Juror Ratindra Das.”

  • Lancaster Museum of Art and History (MOAH) and MOAH:CEDAR 40th Annual All-Media Juried Art Exhibition

    Summary: “Artists of all ages and experience levels from around the Antelope Valley and the greater 5th Supervisorial District of Los Angeles County are welcome to participate. The exhibition will celebrate participating artists with a reception on Saturday, June 7 from 4 PM to 6 PM. The awards ceremony will begin at 6 PM in Cedar Hall, where over $1,000 will be awarded to participants by the Lancaster Museum and Public Art Foundation and various small businesses, community organizations, public officials, and other sponsors.”

  • San Diego Watercolor Society 45th International Exhibition

    Summary: “The San Diego Watercolor Society is pleased to announce the Call for Entries for the 45th International Exhibition, 9/28 –10/31, 2025. The Exhibition will be held in our beautiful Gallery in The Arts District, Liberty Station. This year’s juror is award-winning artist Kathleen Conover, AWS, NWS, TWSA. $20,000 in cash and merchandise awards are anticipated, $6,000 First Prize.   • How is the Weather? Art and Climate Change

    Summary: “Topicality is OCCCA's forte, and the extreme weather caused by climate change has become an existential threat to our planet now. From Rembrandt and Turner to Gerhart Richter’s Secrets of Clouds, for centuries, artists have been interpreting the weather in their art. But now is the time for artists to make a statement. Not just beautiful sunsets and devastatingly frightening floods, but show us your high tides, big waves, atmospheric rivers, and storm cells. We have melting icebergs and glaciers falling into the ocean. Heat waves and dust blanketing large portions of the country. Tornadoes, hail, and lightning delivered by Cumulonimbus clouds. Show us all the extremes and kick up a storm.”

  • Casa de Oro Library Call for Art

    Summary: “The County of San Diego Casa de Oro Library is seeking applications from qualified artists, to be considered for commissions of two artworks. Opportunities for artwork commissions include ceramics, mosaics, glass, and metal sculptures. Proposed art locations include the exterior entry wall and the poet’s patio. Please consider that preference will be given to local area artists. The theme for the structure should respect both the natural and man-made beauty of this landscape, as well as be influenced by its history and inhabitants. Artwork with a strong conceptual tie to this specific place and its past will invigorate and make the artwork integral to this new Library, a public place and community center.”
