When someone submits an inquiry through this form, Squarespace will send an email notification to whatever address you list here. You can also view form submissions by clicking Manage Submissions.

This will bring you to a different page in your account that will show you the form submissions you received. You can also access this from the Contacts tab, and then Lists and segments. Form submitters will show you who has reached out on your site's contact form.

Subscribers will show you who has provided their email through your newsletter form, or has given you permission to send them marketing emails.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you can edit the form field. If you click add fields, there will be several options for you to choose from.

If you want to add a field that isn't listed here, like for example, you want people to tell you what state they're in, you can do that with a text field.

Click on your new field, and then write in your question, then decide if you want to make an answer a requirement in order to submit the form.

You can delete fields by clicking on the trash icon. You can also use the post-submit feature to display a message. This is what it's set to right now, but you can erase this and replace it with your own message if you'd like.
