When you’re editing the gallery page, you'll notice that the left side of your screen looks a bit different. On the right, it shows what the gallery looks like to site visitors.

These are the featured images for each of your pieces. If you hover over the piece, the title appears. Then when you click on a piece, you're brought to its profile inside the gallery.

Let's start editing. Click on Artwork 1 from the left menu, and then click on the three little dots next to the title.
0:26
Now click Settings. Click Remove And then upload an image of your art. After you've selected an image, remove artwork 1 from the title and write in the title of your piece. Then move down to the URL slug.
0:44
Delete the text that's here and replace it with the title of your piece. You won't be able to remove the word gallery, but that's okay because it's an important part of the link.
0:53
It points to the part of your site that the item is located on. Having a clean link with the title of your piece and the page it's on keeps your site navigation simple and lets people know exactly where they're heading when they see this URL.
1:06
Click save. Now, we'll edit the profile. First, we're going to save this section because when you add more art later on, you don't want to have to rebuild this page every time.
1:23
Instead, we can just pull from our saved sections folder. These are both normal text boxes like the ones we've edited before, so go ahead and enter whatever information you'd like.
1:34
Now, let's edit the inquire button. The purpose of this button is to allow people to easily contact you about a specific piece.
1:40
Click the button and then click the pencil icon. Feel free to change the text. Now, we're going to link this button to your email.
1:49
Click attach link. Then, where it currently says URL, click on it and click email. In the to section, type in your email address.
2:01
Then, in the subject line, type in the name of the piece. Then, click attach link. Now, if someone is interested in a piece, they can contact you about it without leaving this page.
2:10
Go ahead and add that same photo from before to this image block. If there are multiple photos you'd like to include on this page, the easiest way to do so is to have a small gallery here instead of an image block.
2:21
If you'd like to add a gallery, remove the block by clicking on it and clicking the trash icon. Now click add block and gallery.
2:32
Click and drag it to the place you'd like. Now add your photos by double clicking the gallery and click upload images.
2:40
Click outside the gallery to deselect it and see how it looks. You might want to adjust the size. You can click on it and drag one of these dots.
2:47
If the formatting still doesn't look quite right, I'll show you how to make some basic edits. Click on the gallery and then click the edit button.
2:56
Now click design. Let's click and drag this menu so that we can see our gallery. Since I only have two photos, I'm going to drag the number of thumbnails per row down to two.
3:08
You can also adjust the padding space in between. You can also change the aspect ratio to suit the photos better.
3:18
When you're done, click save and exit. Now go ahead and replace the remaining gallery items with your own pieces. If you need to delete some of the templates, click on the three dots next to the title and click delete.
3:29
If you'd like to add more art, click the plus icon then click add blank project. Fill in this info like you did for the other pieces. Now here's where the saved sections feature is helpful.
3:48
Instead of rebuilding the section to look like the others, you can save time by clicking add section, saved sections, and then click on the section you just saved.
3:58
You can also can also adjust the order of these pieces in your gallery by clicking and dragging them.
