Purchasing Process

• Within 48 hours of purchasing a template, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account with Squarespace, or log in to your existing account, and access your website template.

• If you do not receive your email invitation within 48 hours, first check your spam folder, then email socalartopportunities@gmail.com

• A template purchase cannot be refunded if ownership of the site has already been transferred.

• If you make any changes that you want to undo, I cannot resend you a new copy of the template. That is why the tutorial videos instruct you to save sections before you edit them.

• Your free trial lasts 6 months. If you don’t publish your site within 6 months Squarespace will delete your site. If your site is deleted and you would like to start over, you must purchase a new website template.

Refund Policy

Website templates cannot be returned or exchanged. A refund will only be issues if site ownership has not yet been transferred.

For questions directly regarding the tutorials provided by SoCal Art Opportunities, please email socalartopportunities@gmail.com. If possible I will respond with a video tutorial answering your question. If your question is a general Squarespace question or does not relate directly to the tutorials, please contact Squarespace support.

Each Website Template purchase may be used for one website only. You may not duplicate a website template and use it for another project.

By purchasing a template, you agree that:

• You may not resell the design.

• You may not share the template with anyone else.

• The images displayed in the template examples are sourced from UnSplash and will not be included in the purchase of a template.

• After ownership of the site is transferred, SoCal Art Opportunities claims no responsibility for the upkeep and management of the website.
